The Korean Skincare Routine

The Korean routine, layer by layer, with the Australian-stocked products that fit each step and the order to apply them.

The 7-Step Korean Skincare Routine

The Korean routine is not a seven-product obligation, it is a layering logic: thin to rich, water to oil, always ending under SPF. In Australian conditions you cut it to what your skin asks for. The order below is the classic sequence, with the shelf product that fits each step.

1. Oil Cleanser

The first half of the double cleanse: oil lifts SPF, makeup and sebum that water alone cannot touch.

2. Water Cleanser

A low-pH water cleanser finishes the job and leaves the barrier where you left it.

3. Toner

Toner resets pH and takes heat out of the skin. Heartleaf is the pick for Australian summers and reactive days.

4. Serum

The active layer. PDRN for repair, niacinamide for tone, hyaluronic acid for hydration.

5. Moisturiser

Moisturiser seals everything beneath it. Ceramide creams rebuild what sun, wind and actives have spent.

6. SPF

The one step with no exceptions in this country. Korean SPF50+ PA++++ finishes the routine without finishing your patience.
